Our cuisine reflects the region's charm and diversity

All the recipes are dreamt up by our team which showcases the flavours of fresh seasonal produce, focusing on local producers.

The menu is updated each season. A new menu board is compiled each day in accordance with fresh fish deliveries directly from the ports of Le Tréport and Dieppe.

A subtle and simple blend of local regional produce and flavours from further afield, Le Poisson à Hélices offers traditional, gourmet fare.


Food and wine pairings

The Le Poisson à Hélices restaurant menu lists more than one hundred crus: Burgundy, Rhône, Bordeaux, South-west, Loire, Provence and sun, Alsace. You'll find the right wine to accompany you during your meal. Of you may prefer to choose instead from our selection of around 15 champagnes.
